This policy explains what information Miles Feed (Milestogo) collects, why, and how we look after it.
1. Who we are
Milestogo is the website and dealer service system of Miles Agro Feed Mills, Shidhuli, Gurudaspur, Natore, Bangladesh.
2. What we collect
• Account: your name, email, phone number and password. We never keep the password itself, only a protected form of it.
• Dealer and farmer applications: business details, address, and the documents you choose to upload.
• Job applications: your CV and other papers.
• Messages: what you tell us through the contact form, email or phone.
• Technical information: browser and device type and the pages visited, which we need to keep the site working and safe.
3. How we use it
• To run your account and send verification and password reset codes.
• To answer your questions and handle dealer applications, orders and payments.
• To improve and secure the site and, only with your consent, to measure how our advertising works.
• To give information when the law requires it.
4. Cookies
Some cookies are needed to keep the site working, such as staying signed in and remembering your language. These do not need consent. Analytics and advertising cookies are switched on only if you press Accept. You can change your choice later from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is seen only by the staff who need it for their work. We share what is needed with the services that host the site, send email and, when switched on, measure analytics and advertising. We may give information to the authorities when the law requires it.
6. How we protect it
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Staff see only what their role needs. Private documents you upload are never public and are checked for harmful files. No system is perfectly safe, but we work to keep yours as safe as we can.
7. How long we keep it
We keep it as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, or as long as the law requires. Job papers that are not used are reviewed regularly and removed.

9. Children
This site is not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version here with a new date.
